Kick Off Program $250 • 5 visits •
New to CrossFit? Register for the Kickoff Program – designed to teach new members how to navigate a CrossFit gym, develop technique and increase general conditioning and flexibility.

Whether you’re new to exercise or workout regularly this beginner’s course will prepare you for the rigor of group classes.

Cost: $250

5 One Hour Personal Training Sessions
2 Conditioning Workouts
2 Weeks of Unlimited Group CrossFit Classes

After completing the Kickoff Program you’ll have the option to continue training in a one-on-one setting or attend group classes.

Partner Kick Off Program $205 • 5 visits

Visiting CrossFitter Drop In $25 • 1 visit • Drop in passes are reserved for out of town guests who currently train at CrossFit affiliates.
It is expected that you are an experienced CrossFitter, have completed a beginners course and have a solid understanding of basic CrossFit movements.

Visiting CrossFitter 1 Week Drop In $100 • 7 visits • This Pass is Valid for 1 Week of Unlimited Drop Ins to any WOD Class.

Passes expire in 7 Days. Unused classes do not roll over.

Teens Do Work Age 9-13 - Single Class $25 • 1 visit • Teens Do Work is for kids age 9-15 who are interested in improving strength and conditioning under the supervision of a qualified coach. The program will not only improve fitness level but will also give your teen the ability to set goals and create healthy habits necessary to excel in traditional sports and/or recreational activities.

Drop In - Stamford Strong $20 • 1 visit

BIG 3 Power Lifting Comp (All 3 Lifts) $25 • 1 visit • Competing in all 3 Lifts

Partner Personal Training 45 min $100 • 1 visit

Partner Personal Training- 10 pack 45 min $950 • 10 visits
