High School / Undergraduate - 1 Week Drop In

No need to register for specific class times just show up 10 minutes before class starts to introduce yourself to the coach and chat with him/her about any current injuries or modifications you may need. We're happy to help shape an appropriate workout for you.

One last note: Visitors are expected to participate in the Workout of the Day and while you're welcome to scale or modify any movements, we cannot accommodate personal programs during class hours. Please reserve your own workouts for our Open Gym hour on Saturdays from 12-2pm.
